favicon是什么？就是网站头像意思，一般网站都会有这样的图标，其意义和Logo有点相似.
以前一直想做一个透明的favicon文件,但是做出来的效果和gif一样,要么可以做的精确到像素,要么就做的方方正正,就不能如png图像格式那样显示的效果那么完美.
最近看到很多站点做的都很圆润,如同png效果一样,于是便在网上搜索了一些关于制作一个透明ico文件的方法,整体效果非常棒.

Time magazine named Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg its ‘Person of the Year’ for 2010.
The magazine’s editor Rick Stengel said Time chose the 26-year-old Internet star and philanthropist, in part, ‘for creating a new system of exchanging information that has become both indispensable and sometimes a little scary.’
It marks the fourth time in recent history that a figure from technology won the pop culture honor.
In 2006, the magazine chose ‘You’ for the idea, represented by YouTube and blogs, that ordinary people now had power to create content online.
